How Online Shopping Can Be Painful and Amazon being Playful...

If you are expecting good products and services from @amazonIN, then think 10 times...
1) We had sent Rakhi which reached on the Rakhi day in the evening... It took 15 days for delivery. I called up Amazon and they said, it should be from the Seller side, Please check with the seller. When I called up the seller, he said, sir, the parcel was taken by Amazon facility on the 2nd day itself. If I would have sent it to you through private courier, you would have got the items within 5 days in maximum. (Amazon is such a player).
2) I bought Heavy Dry Iron, which was delivered with a broken handle. I asked for replacement but it was 9 days and no one came to pick up, saying that house was closed, tried calling but couldn't reach the customer etc.... all lies. We know that.
3) I ordered 2 items, Cover for S7 Edge and Metal polish. Both the items reached Mira Road on 12th. Metal polish was delivered by India post on 12th, as I was home for lunch and my shop was closed, so the courier guy called me up and I asked him to leave it with my neighbour shopkeeper.
Whereas, S7edge body cover was with #amazon agent. Amazon sent the alert SMS with the delivery agent number, when I called up on the mentioned number, It was out of coverage area from 12:30 PM until 8:45 PM. But the agent updates the status that the customer's office was closed and he tried to call me but failed. Next day was Holi. Now, on Tuesday, I got another SMS alert with a new number of the agent, his phone was switched off the whole day. He updated the same status like the previous agent. So I called up the Amazon. I spoke with an executive, he was more of diverting and explaining than listening. Certainly, that's annoying. I asked him to transfer my call to the floor supervisor m or senior executive. He yet kept blabbering on other things.
I asked him, If this call is getting recorded?
He said Yes!
So I said, I insist to transfer my call to the senior right now. He then knew, I am pissed off. He asked me to wait until he speak with the senior and can transfer my call.
Now, here comes another hero named Ajay from Amazon, senior executive or whatsoever. But, after talking to senior executive, his words made feel that the junior was personally trained by his senior (to the core). Now this is #amazonindia international standards.

Share if you care for yourself... This can happen to anyone, even to you... So let us teach these online shopkeepers lesson.

Share as much you can.. at least to your 10 friends. Tag them, comment here and express your opinions. We want better India. We pay for purchase, so Amazon or any other online shop is not doing any favour on us...

Here's the link for my Facebook post. Please comment, share and post it to your timeline, we can teach lessons to companies like #amazon so anyone of us must not suffer in future...

TAJ MAHAL PALACE HOTEL: Unsaid/Unexplained Facts...

Taj Mahal Palace Hotel - Appolo Bunder. Mumbai
Foundation: 1898
Opened for Guests: 1903
Built by: Jamsetji Nusserwanji Tata
Some Unknown Historical Facts of Taj Mahal Palace Hotel

Taj Mahal Palace Hotel. Mumbai

Some twenty five years before the Gateway of India was even made, J. N. Tata acquired necessary permissions to build a Hotel at Apollo Bunder at the Port of Bombay which would heartily welcome all the visitors.

J. N. Tata assigned two architects Sitaram Khanderao Vaidya and D. N. Mirza to design the original plans for the Taj Palace. But due to untimely death of Vaidya(in 1900) the project was assigned to and completed by W. A. Chambers (who designed the Watson Hotel too). These architects had worked with F. W. Steven (who designed Victoria Terminus a.k.a Chattrapati Shivaji Terminus in 1888) which has hugely influenced their work.
======================================= That is all from the source=======================================

It is said that the layout was reversed by mistake by the architect and he committed suicide from the 5th floor of the same building. Now some says that it was a misconception. Due to traffic or hot winds from the back bay (mentioned in the above mentioned source). Now, here I would say, that, this ain't any misconception, otherwise, if traffic or hot wind would be an issue then why would Taj Mahal Hotel reposition its Main Gate again to Sea Side as it was planned and on that same traffic roadside as it was in 1973? Logic, right?
Few more facts:
The building was also the first in Bombay to be lit by electricity. Eventually it also ended up having the city’s first licensed bar, India’s first all-day dining restaurant, and the country’s first international discotheque, Blow Up.

GATEWAY OF INDIA - THE HISTORICAL FACTS

Gateway of India - Apollo Bunder - Mumbai. India
Foundation laid on 31st March, 1911.
Completed in 1924.
Inaugrated on 4th December 1924.
Height 26 metre
Architectural styleIndo-Saracenic Revival architecture

It was established for Britishers to enter India.
The last troop left India from the same gate after signing the Independence documents. Though, Independence is on 15th of Aughst 1947 but the troop left in 1948.

The Beginning of Shiva And The Meaning of Shiva - by Kapil Semwal. India. (The Story will have seldom updates)

Shiva - The Auspicious & Pure.

Lord Shiva is known as God of Gods, Lord of Lords. The one who came from a Divine Light in the form of Ardhnareshwar (Half Shiva, Half Shakti - Parvati). There is a misconception about Shiv ji, that, HE is a God for Destruction. But, this ain’t a complete true. Lord Shiva is the one who is the beginning of everything & everything ends to HIM. Lord Vishnu, Lord Brahma came after Lord Shiva or call it, from Lord Shiva. So, if Lord Shiva is the creator or the beginning of the universe & all kind, then how can HE be a destroyer???

“Shiv” is a Sanskrit word, which interprets Auspicious & Pure.
1/3rd Shot of Shiv Ji’s Idol at Rishikesh (This Idol no more exist)

Aum/Om/
As per the Ancient/Mythological stories, Lord Shiva emerged from an immense light/flame which has no start/end point and from Shiva came Lord Vishnu and then Lord Brahma from Lord Vishnu. Lord Vishnu and Lord Brahma had a clash to claim oneself bigger than each others and decided to go to Shiva and bring the same in front of Him. Lord Shiva said, the one who find the end of this flame (the flame where from Lord Shiva had emerged) will be worshiped as a big. So one went up and another down to the flame to find the ends. The Immortal flame was infinite and there wasn’t any end of it as there was no beginning though. Both of the Lords returned back and of course with the failure. But, Lord Brahma claimed that he reached the end of the flame, which was a definite lie. As Shiva was God of Gods, He knew all this going to happen and what's next… So as a destined truth, Lord Shiva cursed Lord Vishnu for His this deed. There is nothing Unfortunate because everything that happens is already designed to happen, so it is all destined, not an Unfortunate. If you must know, people will rarely find Temples of Lord Brahma

I will be updating more information on various topics related to Shiva…If you have any query, please do leave in the comment section or you can email/WhatsApp me.
Till then, enjoy and may Lord Shiva bless you all..

"A Great Father And A Good Rider Setting An Example In India For All Riders"

"Bike, Helmets And Roads Are Best Friends… Don’t Break Them

Why Should Your Family Suffer From Your Carelessness? Either You Will Ride Rash Or Other Riders/Drivers On The Road... Some May Turn Left/Right Without Any Signal Or Even Looking Back. Some May Take Over You As They Are In Too Hurry And They Will Honk Like You Will Jump Up Off The Road And They Will VroommMM... Like A Jet.

All I Can Say In My Simple Words, That, "Why Should Your Family Suffer From Your Carelessness...? Helmet Your Kids And Wife, Because They Need Safety Too…."

GUINNESS RECORD - ROAD SAFETY RALLY BY DRTO - MUMBAI

ROAD SAFETY RALLY ORGANISED BY RTO, MUMBAI.

Rally started from BKC, Mumbai to SRPF Camp Mumbai. The purpose of the Rally was to spread awareness to the locals to Ride Safely wearing Helmets, Shoes (Jackets/Gloves and other guards will be appreciated). Also to make announcement of the new rules laid by Road Traffic Police which should be implemented sooner for e.g.: Helmets for Riders and Pillion both etc…

Around 8000 Bike and 2500 Bicycle count

This Noble Cause Rally has created a New Guinness World Record and leaving Argentina behind.
Event was all well just the huge mess in the end. Counter damaged in a rush to get the certificates. I guess, people were not happy, as they were told, that they will be receiving 3 certificates including GuinnessWorld Record Participation but all the riders were handed over only 2 certificates which had No Guinness Record Certificate…. Sad! Perhaps, next time, no riders will believe in such rally and there won’t be any more record breaking event henceforth… Fool once, we are fools and Fool twice….. You know that….
Mess! Mess!! Mess!!!

wink emoticon
